Interconnection Manager

• Manage transmission interconnection requests for Apex's fleet of projects across multiple ISOs (PJM, SPP, MISO, ISONE, NYISO, ERCOT, WECC).
• Review and translate results of Feasibility, System Impact, and Facility Studies to assess impacts on commercial schedule and costs.
• Oversee technical project details and coordinate with electrical design consultants.
• Support Project Management and Project Finance by communicating interconnection requirements, costs, and risks.

This role directly contributes to the expansion of clean energy projects by managing the complex interconnection process, enabling the transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Advanced degree in electrical engineering with at least 3 years of electrical engineering experience and 2 years managing interconnection projects.
• Demonstrated technical, project management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to balance priorities and be flexible.
• Hands-on, hardworking team player eager to support projects with limited supervision.
