Infrastructure Finance, Lead

• Lead the underwriting, structuring, and execution of Comity's deal pipeline across utility scale renewable energy, energy storage, and digital infrastructure.
• Build and maintain financial models to support underwriting, run due diligence across financial, technical, legal, and environmental dimensions.
• Drive transactions through structuring, negotiation, and documentation to close, while managing client relationships and market research.

This role directly enables the electrification of everything by unlocking capital efficiency for renewable energy, energy storage, and digital infrastructure, fostering a future with sustainable and abundant energy.

• 5+ years of hands-on finance experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing, specifically in renewable energy and/or digital infrastructure.
• Deeply analytical with fluency in complex financial models, credit analysis skills a plus.
• Strong communicator with executive presence, comfortable engaging with senior counterparties.
• Technology-forward mindset, high ownership, low ego, and relentless problem-solving ability.
