Industry Engagement Manager

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with utility-scale clean energy developers and consultants throughout the lifecycle of Greenlight campaigns.
• Provide timely support to regional campaigns, including attending strategy calls and troubleshooting complex issues during developer interactions.
• Develop deep understanding of regional social, cultural, regulatory, and political landscapes to support campaign success.
• Contribute to prospecting efforts by identifying potential campaign opportunities and gathering relevant information.

This role directly accelerates the clean energy transition by building relationships that help local communities permit and build utility-scale clean energy projects, advancing over 25 gigawatts of clean power to the grid.

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2+ years in the clean energy industry.
• Background in community engagement, political/public affairs, stakeholder engagement, or project development.
• Proven track record in project management, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passion for accelerating the clean energy transition.
