About Global Changer
Global Changer is a Berlin-based climate-tech startup that provides an AI-powered sustainability software to help B2B companies accelerate their net-zero journeys. Their platform automates emissions data collection and analysis, enabling clients like Heraeus, Tchibo, and Darbo to take meaningful climate action. Working here means directly contributing to a mission-driven company that combines cutting-edge technology with real environmental impact.
About the role
As a Sales & Growth Werkstudent, you'll be a key player in expanding Global Changer's footprint in the DACH region. You'll support the sales team in identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting market research, and optimizing outreach strategies. This role offers a unique blend of sales, growth hacking, and sustainability, perfect for someone who wants to make a tangible impact while gaining hands-on startup experience.
A typical day
You'll start your day with a quick team stand-up to align on priorities, then dive into lead research and outreach via LinkedIn and email. Afternoons might involve updating the CRM, analyzing campaign performance, or joining a strategy call with the sales team to refine targeting. You'll have the flexibility of remote work but stay connected through Slack and regular virtual meetings.
