What you will drive
- Build and maintain candidate market maps across Engineering, Product, Machine Learning, Operations, Commercial, Customer Success, and Sales/Business Development.
- Proactively source high-quality talent using direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche communities.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and closing.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws and hiring practices as Amini expands into new markets.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4-5+ years of recruiting experience, in-house strongly preferred, with a track record as a proactive search specialist.
- Experience recruiting across a broad range of functions: engineering, product, data/ML, operations, commercial, customer success, and sales.
- Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building skills, including confident use of recruiting and sourcing tools.
- Proven experience of global hiring across multiple countries and time zones, ideally including the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, and North and South America.
