About This Role
This 6-month contract role focuses on proactive talent sourcing and full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions (engineering, product, ML, operations, commercial, customer success, sales). - Experience recruiting across multiple functions including tech, product, ML, operations, and commercial roles.
- Expertise in global hiring across multiple countries and time zones, with knowledge of country-specific employment laws.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and niche communities; confident with recruiting tools and data-driven pipeline management.
📝 Tips for Applying to Amini
Highlight specific examples of proactive sourcing (e.g., building market maps, targeting passive candidates) rather than just describing your recruitment process.
Quantify your impact: mention number of hires, time-to-fill, or candidate pipeline growth in previous roles.
Show your experience with global hiring: list countries you've recruited for and how you navigated local compliance.
Tailor your resume to include keywords like 'market mapping', 'direct outreach', 'full-cycle recruitment', and 'compliance'.
Include a brief cover letter (even if optional) that connects your passion for climate tech or African markets to Amini's mission.
✉️ What to Emphasize in Your Cover Letter
["Your passion for Amini's mission: building environmental data infrastructure in Africa to combat climate change.", 'Your experience with proactive sourcing and building candidate pipelines from scratch across multiple functions.', 'Your track record of global hiring and navigating employment laws in different countries.', 'Your ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.']
