What you will drive
- Identify, cultivate, and support institutional partners in priority countries to build national robotics and STEM ecosystems.
- Develop partner profiles, country strategies, and engagement plans to expand FIRST Global's reach and deepen impact.
- Support partners in establishing sustainable national programs, including local networks of schools, mentors, sponsors, and government stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact, monitor progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success.

What makes you a great fit
- Mid-career professional with meaningful experience in partnerships, international programs, education, nonprofit growth, government relations, business development, philanthropy, or ecosystem-building.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with institutions, senior leaders, and diverse stakeholders across cultures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain mission and move people to action.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving global environment; experience with STEM education, robotics, youth development, or international development strongly preferred.
