About This Role
As the In-Country Partnerships Lead, you will be the driving force behind building and nurturing partnerships in priority countries, directly shaping the growth of national STEM ecosystems. 💡 A Day in the Life
Your day might start with a virtual meeting with a potential partner in an African country, discussing their needs and how FIRST Global can support them. You'll spend time researching and drafting country strategies, then follow up with existing partners via email or video calls to ensure they're on track. Afternoons could involve collaborating with the global team on cross-functional initiatives, and you might end the day by preparing a presentation for an upcoming conference or donor meeting.
