Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the development, monitoring, and reporting of the country's annual FCLP workplan, ensuring alignment with national priorities and international commitments.
  • Coordinate engagement between government institutions, Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities, private sector, and international partners to advance forest and climate action.
  • Support the development and implementation of Country Packages, investment pipelines, and national action strategies, including engagement on carbon markets and climate finance.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, prepare briefing materials, and support participation in FCLP governance processes and key events.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • First-level university degree in Administration, International Relations, Communications, Public Policy, Forestry, Environmental Studies, or related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience; or advanced university degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with government institutions and multi-stakeholder processes, including project coordination in climate, forests, biodiversity, or sustainable development.
  • Strong experience in facilitating dialogue, coordination, and knowledge exchange processes, with fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with REDD+, carbon markets, climate finance, or land tenure issues is desired.
