What you will drive
- Manage customer process designs, execute data migration, and document processes for seamless handoffs.
- Train end users or coordinate comprehensive training plans with customer teams.
- Evaluate peer and partner implementations to ensure adherence to Workiva best practices.
- Support joint delivery engagements by guiding partners on Workiva methodology and platform behavior.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related role.
- Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions and related technology platforms.
- Clear, confident communication with customers and partners across technical and non-technical audiences.
