Mission
What you will drive
- Maintain and manage Kiva's impact data sets, databases, and dashboards to ensure teams have ready access to impact data and evidence.
- Analyze impact data to provide portfolio views, timely insights, and regular reporting on impact metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Estimate Kiva's impact through management and continuous improvement of the impact scorecard and analysis of resulting data.

This role ensures Kiva effectively realizes its impact strategy by managing and analyzing impact data, enabling informed investment decisions and strengthening marketing, fundraising, and external communication efforts to expand financial access for underserved communities.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3 to 5 years work experience in impact data management and analytics, monitoring and evaluation, or international development with a quantitative focus.
- Strong data analysis skills, particularly using Excel/Sheets, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
