Mission
What you will drive
- Implement and co-develop outreach strategies to build awareness and increase use of the Illinois Helplines for substance use and problem gambling.
- Build strategic relationships with service providers, coalition members, and community stakeholders, particularly in rural communities.
- Conduct presentations and represent the IL Helpline at community events and meetings.
- Contribute to the development of marketing content and promotional materials.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- BS or BA with at least three years of relevant experience, or at least five years of experience in substance use disorders/gambling disorders and/or community engagement.
- Experience in community engagement, street outreach, and/or managing volunteer engagement.
- Strong commitment to health and racial equity.
- Lived experience with substance use disorder and/or problem gambling strongly preferred; two years of recovery preferred.
