I&C Project Manager

• Lead planning and execution of complex, highly regulated engineering projects from baseline definition through delivery, with full accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and technical outcomes.
• Develop and maintain integrated project baseline (budget, schedule, execution and risk plans, deliverables) ensuring alignment with corporate processes, quality requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate inputs and performance commitments from matrixed functions (Finance, Subcontracts/Procurement, Engineering, Licensing, Quality/Safety) and manage subcontractor and partner performance.
• Manage ongoing project performance including risk management, schedule and cost adherence (variance and earned value analysis), and deliverable acceptance.

This role directly supports the development of advanced nuclear energy solutions, contributing to clean energy generation and climate change mitigation by ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient project execution.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ten plus years’ experience as an engineer and/or engineering manager in energy/nuclear/petrochemical or high-technology hardware/software system development.
• Experience in end-to-end complex system development from concept to qualified delivery, including nuclear-safety systems, nuclear construction, operations, or maintenance.
• Experience as a technical lead, proposal manager, or pursuit lead, and working under nuclear regulatory codes or strict QA programs (e.g., NQA-1, N299, ISO-9001).
