Humanitarian Procurement Manager I, remote support for Cuba

• Manage and oversee procurement activities for humanitarian operations in Cuba, ensuring compliance with CRS principles and donor regulations.
• Lead procurement planning, execution, and oversight of complex and high-risk procurements.
• Coordinate with program, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement timelines with delivery requirements.
• Supervise procurement staff and provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

This role ensures efficient and compliant procurement for humanitarian programs in Cuba, directly supporting the delivery of aid and services to vulnerable populations in a highly constrained environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, including in restricted or complex operating environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of donor procurement regulations (e.g., Department of State) and international procurement regulations.

Salary grade 10; position duration July 1, 2026 - December 2027; travel up to 30% to US, Latin America, and Caribbean; supervisory responsibilities; professional development opportunities.
