Mission
What you will drive
- Manage day-to-day employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution while providing guidance on workplace concerns and performance matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, DOT regulations, and multi-state HR compliance.
- Own and process payroll for hourly and salary employees, administer benefits programs, and maintain accurate records in Paylocity.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational changes, and process improvements to support scaling operations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5-10 years of HRBP or HR Director experience including employee relations.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or operational environments preferred.
- Payroll and benefits administration experience.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation compliance.
