Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

• Manage day-to-day employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution while providing guidance on workplace concerns and performance matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, DOT regulations, and multi-state HR compliance.
• Own and process payroll for hourly and salary employees, administer benefits programs, and maintain accurate records in Paylocity.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational changes, and process improvements to support scaling operations.

This role enables Einride to scale its sustainable freight operations by ensuring a compliant, engaged, and well-supported workforce, directly contributing to the transition to electric and autonomous road transport.

• 5-10 years of HRBP or HR Director experience including employee relations.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or operational environments preferred.
• Payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation compliance.
