Job description
- Assist in attracting, screening, and matching candidates to appropriate positions.
- Manage clerical functions such as taking detailed notes and answering phone calls.
- Screen applicants via video conference and build relationships with job seekers.
- Source candidates using databases, social media, and other recruiting methods.
