Job description
- Assist in attracting, screening, and matching candidates to appropriate positions.
- Perform clerical functions such as taking detailed notes and answering phone calls.
- Screen applicants via video conference and create relationships with job seekers.
- Employ recruiting methods and source candidates using databases and social media.
