HSE Specialist (Business Support)

• Provide cost-effective HSE support and advice to tendering and project delivery teams throughout the project life cycle, maintaining the legal register.
• Support development of processes consistent with legislation, group, and industry best practices.
• Provide internal audit services for projects and departmental processes to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Produce monthly HSE KPIs and management information for review by the Management Team.

This role ensures compliance with HSE standards and regulations, fostering a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance across the business.

• HSE professional with Management System and Tender support experience.
• Qualified to NEBOSH Construction level in HSE Management.
• Conversant with relevant ISO standards.
• Computer literate with proficient IT skills.
