HSE Lead, Global Programs and Systems

• Design and own the HSE management system, digital tooling, and training infrastructure across global exploration programs.
• Own the digital HSE stack, including vendor evaluation, workflow configuration, and analytics that surface risk before incidents.
• Lead AI in HSE strategy to optimize risk assessment, critical risk verification, and inspections.
• Own global training strategy and Learning Management System, including curriculum, certification, and compliance reporting.

This role ensures the safety of exploration teams across multiple continents, directly contributing to responsible mineral discovery for the clean energy transition.

• Five or more years in HSE with experience owning or administering enterprise HSE software (DATS, Intelex, Cority, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience building or improving an HSE management system aligned to ISO 45001 or equivalent.
• Track record designing HSE training programs and administering a Learning Management System.
• Strong written communication and ability to lead through influence across regional operations and executive stakeholders.

Base salary range: $125,000 to $170,000 USD, depending on experience and location. Total compensation also includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package covering health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, parental leave, and a home office stipend.
