What you will drive

  • Manage technical responsibilities for all global HR system interfaces, including data integration between Workday and payroll, Time & Attendance, benefit carriers, ERP, and other systems.
  • Lead projects to implement new HR system solutions, including AI-driven automation to streamline HR processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all HR systems and third-party platforms.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Engineering, HRIS, HR Technology, or Information Systems plus 120 months of experience in HRIS or related field.
  • 60 months of experience managing payroll and Time & Attendance system interfaces.
  • Experience with integration tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workday Studio, SAP CPI), APIs, XML, JSON, SFTP, and middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and global compliance standards.
