Mission
What you will drive
- Manage technical responsibilities for all global HR system interfaces, including data integration between Workday and payroll, Time & Attendance, benefit carriers, ERP, and other systems.
- Lead projects to implement new HR system solutions, including AI-driven automation to streamline HR processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all HR systems and third-party platforms.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Engineering, HRIS, HR Technology, or Information Systems plus 120 months of experience in HRIS or related field.
- 60 months of experience managing payroll and Time & Attendance system interfaces.
- Experience with integration tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workday Studio, SAP CPI), APIs, XML, JSON, SFTP, and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and global compliance standards.
