HR Intern

• Assist the TA team with SPAN's recruiting initiatives
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process with timely communication and updates
• Review applicants and help schedule phone screens
• Represent SPAN at recruiting and networking events

This role supports SPAN's mission of enabling electrification for all, reducing carbon emissions, and slowing climate change by helping attract and hire top talent to drive clean energy adoption.

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• Experience with G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
