HR Generalist

• Provide comprehensive support for employee benefits programs, including life, health, dental, disability insurances, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, and employee assistance.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
• Manage HRIS data, prepare HR metrics reports, oversee time and attendance, recruit and interview candidates, ensure compliance with employment laws, and administer leave programs.
