Mission
What you will drive
- Provide comprehensive support for employee benefits programs, including life, health, dental, disability insurances, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, and employee assistance.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Manage HRIS data, prepare HR metrics reports, oversee time and attendance, recruit and interview candidates, ensure compliance with employment laws, and administer leave programs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with progressive responsibility.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Proficient in HRIS and Payroll systems (UKG, Kronos, BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
