What you will drive
- Support the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate HR records across systems (BambooHR, Lattice, Tilt) and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Assist with payroll processing, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field preferred.
- Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and benefits administration.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HRIS platforms like BambooHR and performance management tools like Lattice is a plus.
