Mission
What you will drive
- Provide technical support for ALCF’s high-performance computing (HPC) systems and services, ensuring a seamless user experience for researchers.
- Manage and resolve technical issues including debugging, installing, compiling, and running large-scale user applications.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, conduct training sessions, and onboard new users.
- Support AI technologies and assist users in deploying and optimizing AI workflows on HPC systems.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages like Python, C/C++, FORTRAN, shell scripting.
- Considerable experience working on UNIX systems and working knowledge of HPC systems and concepts.
- Strong technical consulting and support skills with excellent oral and written communications.
