Health Information Exchange (HIE) Project Coordinator

• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health information exchange initiatives to improve healthcare coordination and data sharing.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; track activities and maintain documentation.
• Engage stakeholders including healthcare organizations, public health agencies, and community partners.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and grant-related administrative tasks.

This role advances secure and equitable health information exchange, improving care coordination and public health outcomes through collaborative data-sharing efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Healthcare Informatics, IT, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, public health, or nonprofit; familiarity with HIE, EHR, or interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).

Fully remote position with periodic travel (10-20%). Salary: $70,000 annually. Commitment to health equity and community impact.
