What you will drive
- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health information exchange initiatives to improve healthcare coordination and data sharing.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; track activities and maintain documentation.
- Engage stakeholders including healthcare organizations, public health agencies, and community partners.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and grant-related administrative tasks.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Healthcare Informatics, IT, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce.
- Preferred: experience in healthcare, public health, or nonprofit; familiarity with HIE, EHR, or interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
