Head of UK, Ireland and ANZ Labour Mobility and Venture Builder

Build and fund companies moving African workers into skilled jobs in UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand healthcare, care and trades sectors.
- Find founders and build companies from inception through scaling, owning each investment end-to-end from opportunity spotting to hands-on support.
- Map market corridors, sectors and employers; speak with NHS trusts, care providers, recruiters and trade employers to identify scalable pathways.
- Assess investments, develop cost-effectiveness analyses and structure deals; fund 10+ new companies and projects annually.
- Requires founding or senior operating experience with P&L responsibility; strong Africa experience and 5–25 years in business essential.
- Requires deep knowledge of UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand markets; relationships with health, care or trade employers strongly preferred.
