Head of Tech, Automation & Web (Volunteer)

• Build and maintain Zapier workflows and automations to connect core tools (Airtable, Circle, Notion, Asana) and reduce manual effort.
• Own the technical layer of the 4WARD.earth website and subdomains, including troubleshooting, updates, and supporting Lovable-built projects.
• Deploy AI-powered workflows (e.g., Claude-based) to automate tasks like event descriptions and outreach emails.
• Provide cross-team tech support, map the tool stack, and build shared resources like templates and reusable automation components.

This role directly accelerates climate and sustainability solutions by building the technical infrastructure that enables a global network of founders, investors, and policymakers to collaborate more effectively, breaking silos and turning climate ambition into action.

• Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools, especially Zapier (required) and ideally Make/Integromat.
• Comfortable with web tools/builders like Lovable, Webflow, Squarespace, or similar.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Circle.so, Notion, Asana, and Google Workspace.
• Systems thinker who maps processes end-to-end and spots automation opportunities; self-directed and mission-aligned.
