What you will drive

  • Lead the coordination and production of the Oxfam Global Risk Report and OIS Risk Report, consolidating inputs from affiliates and senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement Oxfamโ€™s Risk Management and Appetite Framework, including methodologies, reporting, and assurance mechanisms.
  • Provide strategic oversight of organizational risks across operational, financial, governance, safeguarding, compliance, and reputational areas.
  • Facilitate risk review processes, coordinate compliance initiatives, and lead risk-focused communities of practice.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Over 7 years of professional experience in risk management, assurance, governance, compliance, or audit within complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Experience developing risk management frameworks, policies, and reporting tools; commitment to Oxfamโ€™s values and feminist principles.
