Mission

What you will drive

  • Support end-to-end sales process design and optimization to maximize pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and deal size.
  • Design, build, and maintain executive and sales dashboards for KPIs like pipeline health, funnel metrics, and win rates.
  • Manage sales forecasting process and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop sales capacity model and headcount planning, and own CRM platform (HubSpot) configuration and adoption.
