Head of Reporting Performance + Insight

• Lead the development of a single, data-driven view of performance across the Customer Service Directorate, integrating customer satisfaction, operational delivery, workforce insight, and regulatory reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, using insight to shape strategy, deliver customer outcomes, and drive operational efficiency.
• Lead storm response reporting, workforce and cost modelling, budget control, benchmarking, and risk governance to ensure resilience and compliance.

This role drives smarter decisions and outstanding outcomes for millions of customers by transforming data into actionable insight, supporting SP Energy Networks' journey to become the UK leader in customer service excellence and a key player in the Net Zero transition.

• Senior leader with extensive experience in performance reporting, analytics, and insight within a complex organisation.
• Confident in translating complex data into compelling narratives that influence decision-making at the highest level.
• Strong understanding of customer experience, regulatory awareness, and ability to lead cross-functional teams through insight-led change.

Salary: £76,800 - £96,000pa + annual bonus (up to 30%) + single cover healthcare.
