Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the development of a single, data-driven view of performance across the Customer Service Directorate, integrating customer satisfaction, operational delivery, workforce insight, and regulatory reporting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, using insight to shape strategy, deliver customer outcomes, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead storm response reporting, workforce and cost modelling, budget control, benchmarking, and risk governance to ensure resilience and compliance.
