Head of Product Design (m/f/d)

• Lead and scale the design organization, building, mentoring, and growing a team of product designers.
• Own the end-to-end product design function, driving design strategy across Heartbeat and customer-facing products.
• Embed AI into design workflows and shape AI-powered product experiences.
• Operate as a senior cross-functional leader, influencing roadmap priorities and company strategy.

• 9+ years in Product Design, with at least 3+ years leading and managing design teams.
