Head of Product (all genders)

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for ACCURE's platform, in close alignment with the CEO and CPO.
• Lead a small, senior cross-functional product team, coordinating across SaaS product, analytics capabilities, and service delivery.
• Translate complex analytics and operational outcomes into scalable, customer-relevant product value.
• Drive structured product decisions based on customer feedback, domain signals, technical constraints, and commercial priorities.

This role directly shapes ACCURE's product strategy to make battery systems safer, more reliable, and more sustainable, accelerating the transition to clean energy and reducing environmental harm.

• Energy domain proximity: experience in utility-scale storage, grid operations, energy trading, or asset management.
• Ability to work with analytics-driven products that depend on models, data pipelines, or operational data.
• Stakeholder range: can converse with battery engineers, grid operators, and commercial directors.
• Comfort with ambiguity and non-standard operating models.

Performance-based compensation plan (80-100k€ for this role, depending on experience). Trust-based, flexible working hours, 30-day vacation entitlement. Remote or office-based (Aachen, Germany) within Europe. Two 5-day company onsites per year. Personal development plan and budget.
