What you will drive
- Build and lead the procurement function across installations, EPC, and hardware manufacturing categories.
- Develop global supplier strategy, manage supplier selection, segmentation, performance, and relationships.
- Own commercial terms, governance, cost-out targets, and cross-functional alignment with installs, development, hardware, and finance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Significant procurement / strategic sourcing / supply-chain leadership experience, ideally spanning capital projects/EPC, manufactured hardware, or field operations.
- Track record of building supplier bases and delivering material cost savings at pace.
- Strong commercial and contract negotiation instincts with judgment to balance cost, speed, and risk.
- Comfortable building a function from an early base; first-principles operator who can go from strategy to detail.
