Role details
Lead PATH's individual and family philanthropy function to mobilize catalytic resources aligned with global health equity priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with major donors; lead transformational asks and close multiple seven-figure gifts.
- Strengthen the development function: lead a team of six, improve systems, and establish data-driven pipeline management.
- Translate PATH's complex health systems and R&D work into rigorous investment cases for sophisticated donors.
- Requires 10+ years in major gifts or high-net-worth fundraising with demonstrated team leadership and development function building.
- Requires fluency in individual and family philanthropy structures (family offices, donor-advised funds, legacy giving) and modern fundraising analytics.
