Head of Operations, Platform and Fund

Build and run operations for a rapidly scaling impact fund deploying capital across African export manufacturing and labour mobility ventures.
- Design and implement deployment pipelines, diligence workflows, portfolio tracking, reporting systems, and deal templates from scratch.
- Lead hiring for the fund team and portfolio companies, sourcing and closing exceptional talent outside traditional channels.
- Manage investment structuring, documentation, disbursement, and portfolio administration alongside Renaissance Philanthropy's finance and legal teams.
- Own budgets, vendors, compliance, and all operational functions required for fund operations without requiring approval.
- Requires 5–10 years running operations at a venture, PE, impact, or philanthropic fund; experience building systems from scratch essential.
