About This Role
As Head of Operations, you will build and run the operational backbone of a rapidly scaling fund, designing everything from deployment pipelines to reporting systems from scratch. This role is impactful because you'll enable the fund to efficiently deploy capital, support portfolio companies, and scale its impact across Africa, while leading hiring and managing all operational functions.
