Manager, Global Procurement Phones

Manage end-to-end phone procurement and supply chain coordination across GiveDirectly's 15-country operations.
- Partner with Programs teams to forecast phone demand by country and model, then translate forecasts into purchase timelines.
- Own supplier relationships, run RFQ/RFP processes, and track performance on quality, pricing, and reliability.
- Process purchase orders, coordinate vendor payments and invoices, and resolve returns and warranty claims.
- Track on-time-in-full delivery, cost savings, and Programs satisfaction; flag emerging supply risks early.
- Requires 2+ years in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management; electronics or hardware sourcing experience strongly preferred.
