Head of Operations

• Own Kairos's full operations across finance, compliance, HR, and systems while launching the Kairos Labs incubator.
• Manage accounting, audits, and financial planning to support deliberate decision-making as we scale.
• Oversee compliance, payroll, benefits, and HR policies for a globally distributed team.
• Build efficient internal systems and policies that scale while maintaining safety and operational speed.

This role enables Kairos to scale its operations efficiently, supporting the organization's mission to drive positive change through effective operations and incubator programs.

• Experience in operations management, finance, compliance, and HR.
• Ability to build scalable systems and policies.
