Head of Operations

• Build and run the operating system for Good Impressions as it scales, owning planning, coordination, and core systems.
• Establish and manage systems including goal tracking, project management, CRM, and AI automation to enhance productivity.
• Monitor financial health and operational metrics; proactively identify and mitigate organizational risks.
• Build hiring and people operations functions including compensation, handbook, onboarding, and team events.
• Own back office operations: finance, compliance, treasury, tax, payroll, governance, vendors, and IT security.

This role enables Good Impressions to scale its impact by building efficient systems and infrastructure, allowing the organization to focus on its mission of creating positive change through media.

• Proven experience in operations leadership, ideally in a scaling organization.
• Strong project management and systems thinking skills.
• Experience with financial management, compliance, and people operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and AI automation tools.
