Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and deliver Sweden's People and Culture Plan, covering EDI, well-being, HR policies, talent management, EVP, benefits, and employment terms.
- Lead or support execution of strategic projects such as reorganizations and M&As in collaboration with global markets.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Country Leadership Team on people-related changes and engagement.
- Ensure talent development across all levels in Sweden, aligning with HR Business Partners and global HR Directors.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Senior HR business partner or similar role with several years of HR experience.
- Proven track record in delivering initiatives in talent development, engagement, ED&I, or well-being.
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred.
- Good understanding of Swedish employment law.
