Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and develop a fleet-wide team of high-voltage technicians and specialists, maintaining strong technical competency, safety culture, and Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) standards.
- Direct execution of complex HV maintenance activities, including breaker timing, transformer internal inspections, SF6 gas handling, and advanced diagnostics.
- Coordinate workforce mobilization for planned outages, emergency recoveries, and major repair events across operational sites.
- Establish and reinforce a zero-defect execution culture focused on precision, safety, and maximum asset availability.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering required, preferably with a Power Systems emphasis.
- 15+ years of experience in high-voltage engineering and operations across systems ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV.
- Proven experience leading and scaling specialized field-based HV maintenance teams.
- Deep expertise in SEL relay protection logic, coordination studies, and protection system troubleshooting.
