Role details
Build and fund companies improving worker recruitment and earnings in Gulf labour mobility corridors.
- Find founders and source new companies addressing ethical recruitment, worker financing, and upskilled roles in Gulf-Africa corridors.
- Assess investments, develop cost-effectiveness analyses, and structure deals; fund 10+ companies annually.
- Build with portfolio companies pre- and post-investment: connect networks, help founders scale, demonstrate value to Gulf employers.
- Founded or operated a business with P&L responsibility; 5–25 years experience; strong Africa background essential.
- Bonus: investment or deal-structuring experience; Arabic, Urdu, or French; development economics grounding.
