- Source founders and build companies that recruit, train and place African workers with employers in Canada, France and Belgium.
- Assess market opportunities across corridors and sectors; speak with recruiters, training providers and employers to identify bottlenecks and pathways.
- Structure investments, develop cost-effectiveness analyses and support portfolio companies through scaling and operational challenges.
- Requires founding or senior operating experience running a business with P&L accountability in Africa.
- Fluent French and deep knowledge of training providers, recruiters and labour mobility landscape in Francophone Africa essential.
