Build and fund export manufacturing companies across Francophone Africa, sourcing founders and supporting them from opportunity identification through scaling.
- Find and convince founders to build export factories and processing businesses in light manufacturing and agri-processing sectors.
- Scope markets across Francophone Africa to identify countries, products and industrial zones where export factories can compete.
- Assess investments, develop cost-effectiveness analyses, and structure deals with revenue-based financing or equity models.
- Support portfolio companies hands-on: vet sites, open buyer connections, and help founders scale from 0 to 1.
- Requires 5–25 years building or operating a manufacturing or export business in Francophone Africa with fluent French.
