Head of Finance

• In this role, you'll build the finance function, overseeing accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial strategy.
• Establish systems, processes, and controls to support rapid growth and give leadership clear financial visibility.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial planning.
• Manage grant finance, restricted funds, and reporting while directing treasury and investment activities.
• Determine what capabilities to build internally versus external, and implement automation using technology and AI.
