Head of Finance and Operations

• Establish and lead finance and operations, taking back-office work from the Managing Director and building institutional structures for growth.
• Build financial systems and controls to manage multi-entity operations handling $10-20M in annual donations.
• Establish operational frameworks and governance structures to support scaling toward $25-50M annual impact.
• Create systems for financial visibility and reporting to guide strategic decision-making.
• Implement compliance and risk management processes for the growing international organisation.

This role enables High Impact Athletes to scale its impact from $10-20M to $25-50M in annual donations, ensuring efficient use of funds for high-impact charitable causes.

• Proven experience in finance and operations leadership, ideally in a nonprofit or impact-driven organization.
• Expertise in financial systems, controls, and multi-entity management.
