Head of East Asia Labour Mobility and Venture Builder

Build and fund companies moving African workers into skilled jobs across Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China through government labour schemes.
- Identify viable labour corridors and sectors; engage recruiters, employers, and operators to map opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Source and recruit founders to build mobility companies; assess candidates and persuade exceptional operators to partner with the fund.
- Assess investments, develop cost-effectiveness analyses, and structure deals (equity, revenue-based financing, or hybrid models).
- Support portfolio companies hands-on from formation through scale, including connecting them to training partners and networks.
- Requires founding or senior operating experience with P&L accountability; strong Africa background and 5–25 years experience essential.
