What you will drive

  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team to safely deliver Operations, Maintenance, Customer Connections and Capital Investment programmes.
  • Manage district performance, ensuring network reliability, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Drive compliance with safety, health, environmental, and engineering standards while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Expert knowledge of construction and operational/maintenance standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing, motivating, coaching, and developing teams to deliver business outputs.
  • Project/programme management experience with a strong performance ethos and track record of delivering projects.
  • Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience; full UK driving licence.
