Head of Delivery

• Lead a multi-disciplined team to deliver safe operations, maintenance, investment projects, and customer projects for the electricity distribution network.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure delivery of performance targets such as Customer Minutes Lost, Customer Interruptions, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive health and safety culture, manage stakeholder interfaces, and ensure compliance with regulatory and license obligations.

This role ensures reliable electricity distribution, supporting the transition to net zero by enabling renewable energy integration and maintaining network integrity for communities in Scotland, North Wales, and North West England.

• Expert knowledge of construction and maintenance standards in a utility environment.
• Proven experience in managing, motivating, and developing teams.
• Project/programme management experience with a strong performance ethos.
• Engineering/professional qualification or equivalent experience.

Salary from £69,200 to £86,500 per annum. Benefits include 36 days annual leave, pension with double matching up to 10% company contribution, share schemes, electric vehicle schemes, cycle to work, healthcare options, life assurance (4x salary), and discounts.
