Head of DACH Labour Mobility and Venture Builder

Build and fund companies connecting African workers to jobs in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland through recruitment, training, and visa support.
- Find founders and build companies from inception through scaling, owning each investment end-to-end from opportunity spotting to hands-on support.
- Map labour corridors and employer needs across DACH care, logistics, and trades sectors; identify bottlenecks in hiring and recognition.
- Assess investments, develop cost-effectiveness analyses, and structure deals; fund 10+ companies annually as you scale.
- Requires founding or senior operating experience with P&L responsibility; strong Africa experience and DACH employer relationships essential.
- German language and recruitment or labour mobility background strongly preferred; travel across Africa and DACH required.
